Our Journey

Balaji Agarbatti Works began its humble journey in 1995 under the name Mahakalika Products in a single room, with Mr. Pavankumar Jain at the helm. Hailing from a small village in Dolpura, Rajasthan, Mr. Pavankumar embarked on this venture with his wife, Mrs. Rekha Jain, and their manager, Mr. Ramesh Kalal, whom Mr. Pavankumar considers a brother. The initial phase was a true labor of love, with the three of them handling all aspects of manufacturing, packaging, and sales. Mr. Pavankumar and Mr. Ramesh would travel door-to-door on a bicycle, selling their products with determination and a relentless work ethic.

Despite facing numerous challenges, the teams positive attitude and dedication helped them overcome obstacles. The companys remarkable growth is thanks to the unwavering commitment of these three individuals. In 2003, a manufacturing unit was established in Ladavali, Mahad, marking the beginning of a significant expansion. Today, over 100 employees are part of our team, 70% of whom are women, reflecting our commitment to women's empowerment. This growth is a testament to the hard work and vision of the entire team. Mrs. Rekha Jain plays a vital role in the daily administration of the business, further solidifying our dedication to gender equality. Our commitment to quality is supported by state-of-the-art machinery, allowing us to manufacture around 180 tons of product annually.
